Tourner Bury Hillfort, Hampshire
Tourner Bury hillfort is a univallate Iron Age enclosure of approx. 8.5 acres (3.4 hectares), somewhat kite or shield shaped, just 100 yards (100 metres) from the shore. Evidence of use in the Roman period in the form of 3rd cent. AD pottery.
